What about water-soluble sunscreens? Are they safe?

Water-soluble sunscreens are suitable only in situations where you know you will not sweat or be in the sun after being wet. They are not suitable for the beach or a hot day. They should only be worn during your daily commute to work or on cool days. Remember that you can still have UV damage even through overcast clouds on a cool day. If you have very light skin, protect yourself every day with sunscreen.
